This is really a final attempt at resolution of my grievance with your company and the service I received. I have not been given the time of day and as such are very frustrated.
I have recently gone off the consulting portion of your service and have to say that my money has not been well spent. The level of service that I received from your company is no where near the outrageous prices that you charge. I do not feel that your weekly follow-up calls with a consultant from one of your teams does anything more than check in to see if you have read and started on the next days material of your written program. This type of follow-up action could be done simply by setting a reminder for yourself on a personal calendar. No insightful information exchange whatsoever and no real value as a result.
I had asked my consultant from the Red Team about getting a refund for the program a couple of times and she always said that it was not possible and that no refund policy was in place at your company. I find this very hard to believe! In addition, I also left two messages for the Sales Rep/Manager who sold me your service hoping that I could get a response. I never received a call back.
With no refund policy in place (which would be my preferred action) you leave no other alternative for an unsatisfied customer such as myself but to make it a mission to let as many people as possible know about the overpriced program that you offer. The approximate $3,500.00 I spent on your consulting service is an astronomical amount of money and frankly, the services that you offer are no where near this dollar amount.
Consider this message a RED FLAG and it should be taken very seriously. If you decide this is not a high priority for your company that is your decision.
In addition, I felt it was time to start recording my interaction with your company as my messages and requests have gone unanswered. Every piece of future correspondence will be recorded as I post copies of them all on my new blog and soon-to-be website. I feel it is important to make my experience public so that others can learn from it. I intend to document my entire experience with your company as well as some of your more cost-effective and value-rich competitors. I invite you to check-in on the blog and soon-to-be website as they take shape.
