Since I have not heard back from you after my last couple of attempts to follow through on my refund processing I will assume that you have decided to not respond on purpose. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company for the entire balance of $3,300.00. Once complete, it is them that you will be dealing with. In addition, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Utah Division of Consumer Protection, and writing letters to your City, County, and State Representatives (Citing your name specifically as well as Media Learner Inc. and Tafiti Consulting).
Furthermore, I will be adding all of the appropriate contact information and links to my website and blog so that others may also file their complaints against your company easily and effectively. I have already begun contacting people who share my same interest in seeing your company shut down, and from the quick responses I have recieved from others in chat rooms and blogs across the web, they seem as eager as I am to see this thing through.
